In Hebrews 5:12 Paul told the church that as long as they had been members of Christ’s body, they ought to all be teachers, but rather were still babes in need of milk instead of an adult diet.
It reminds me of our situation in the Church today. Every year we have a shortage of people qualified to present Christian living workshops based on life experience.
In some cases people have been in the Church for decades and have nothing to share.
In other cases, people have things to share but are not attuned to sharing and so don’t recognize the gifts they have to offer. Are you one of these?
Start thinking now about what God has taught you that you could pass on to others — not doctrinal material but practical tools for being a better Christian in one’s personal life, at home, at work and in the community.
